His plot to destroy the moon base in Operation: END was a ploy to discourage Cree from doing the same, as well as a way to infiltrate the Teen Ninjas. She reveals to Numbuh One that Chad never betrayed the KND and is, in fact, one of their Teenage Operatives. Before he could further punish Chad for his betrayal and all the damage he caused, he is stopped by Numbuh five. After the two stopped the teen's treaty, the two had one final battle with each other, and after a long fight, that left Numbuh one the winner. Chad is also more hostile to Nigel in this episode, claiming that he took something that was rightly his though Numbuh One has no idea what he is talking about. Numbuh One is confused as to why Chad wants to help prevent the KND's destruction and assumes it's to stop the KND splinter cell, which wants to rid the world of all adults, and teenagers. Chad and Numbuh one spend the rest of the episode trying to stop the treaty, as Chad reveals that it's a trap. Numbuh 1 intervenes, but both are arrested and framed by Numbuh Infinity for trying to stop the treaty. Chad is arrested for breaking into the KND's Diplomat, Numbuh Infinity's office, yelling at him for being "double-crossed" after the Teen Ninjas send over a peace treaty to the KND. He becomes a stereotypical jock, even becoming captain of his school's football team. He becomes more vane and cold-hearted, especially towards his former subordinates. Though he is indifferent to how his former subordinates feel about his betrayal. He develops a rivalry with the members of Sector V, specifically Numbuh One, who took his betrayal worse then others. He then becomes a recurring villain in the series, often aiding Teens and Adults in their plans to destroy the KND. He becomes the second teenager in the series to avoid decommissioning after Cree. After being discovered, he attempts to throw the KND moon base into the sun, but is defeated. Not wanting to leave the kids next door, he made it so that several others would be labeled 13 even when they clearly aren't. However, Emma’s father threatened legal action against her, forcing her to stop.After making several appearances, Chad suddenly changed the moment he turned 13 and served as a high-ranking member of the Teen Ninjas. This started when Emma was unable to do an interview with her, causing Marsala to try to “dig up” personal information about her so she could use it for “Tea Hour”. Emma also has tensions with a high schooler named Marsala Payton, who works with Ashley for her Gossip Group. The class council was appointed by her but they stay mostly neutral on this and unfazed by her antics. She is rather photogenetic and loves giving interviews most of the time. Despite her faults, Emma is very beloved in the school as she genuinely wants everyone to succeed and be happy. She even made an anti-Emma kit for Paddy if he falls for her again. Fanny has done everything to keep Emma away from Paddy. Fanny is constantly coming up with plans to get her off of her brother’s back. Emma blames Fanny for ruining their relationship and not afraid of her. Emma is very obsessed about Paddy, even creating several scrapbooks about him and every point of his personal life, including the picture of his botched haircut. She has no problems taking advantage of the boys who have a crush on and enjoys seeing her enemies miserable. Despite her young age, Emma is a cunning and ruthless girl. They broke up because Paddy joined the KND and he and Fanny realized how CRAZY Emma is. About: Emma is the class president, leader of the art club, and Paddy’s ex-girlfriend from kindergarten to second-grade.
